Remote support over TeamViewer

• VONSCH Quick Support module - Quick Support, a request for assistance is sent to VONSCH after launch.
• VONSCH Host module - Module for instalattion on remote PC, runs in the background, no other features.
• TeamViewer 13 - Version recommended and used by VONSCH.
