500kW Extension of 1MW to reach desired peak power of 1.5MW
This is an extension of the original FUEL SAVE system from 2015. Both FUEL SAVE systems (containers) are interconnected to the main circuit breaker to connect the PV input in the substation. The communication is done by the communication link between control cabinets (DT1, DT2) in both containers. COMAP InteliGen NT control systems for the control of diesel generators in the substation are interconnected on the communication bus to the InternetBridge-NT communication module, which is connected to the control system in the DT1 switchgear over Ethernet. Through the InternetBridge-NT module, it is possible to visualize the parameters of each connected GENSET and to set them remotely.

Hybrid PV system with connection to the distribution grid
Hybrid PV system is able to operate in three different modes:
1.Automatic mode:
- when the mains voltage is available, inverters are working in on-grid mode, and the consumption of the building in the point of coupling to the mains is measured. According to the consumption, the power of the inverters is controlled to achieve the zero grid injection.
When there is a failure in the mains grid, the PV system smoothly enters the off-grid mode and the line monitoring relay disconnects the house from the grid. After restoring the proper voltage in the grid, PV system smoothly switches to on-grid mode.
2. Off-grid:
In this mode, the PV system operates in the off-grid mode independently of the conditions of the mains grid.
3. On-grid, inverters off:
This is the mode when the system is avoiding the invertes - inverters are off, line monitoring relay is always on, despite the condition of the grid.

Solution of the artificial AC mains AN 500kVA 60Hz – the supply of required electric voltage with selectable frequency 60 Hz / 50 Hz conforms to testing of compressors motors of different power (continuous acceleration of two compressors with power 160kW or start of one compressor of power to 350 kW with frequency internal inverter).
Artificial AC mains AN 500kVA, 60Hz was designed according to individual customer requirements. The entire set of artificial AC mains consists of switchgear ARRAY No.1 (output section) with electrical and signaling equipment and controls, switchgear ARRAY No.2 (electronic part) and with electrical equipment and output power transformer TC1 600kVA. The electronic part is equipped with the latest power elements with minimal losses. Artificial AC mains seamlessly covers high starting current of the two compressors 160kW of motor power when one is already running and the other is starting (wye / delta switching).
AC output voltage of the transformer is sensed by special measuring circuit which is connected as a feedback, so the output voltage is kept regardless of the load value. Voltage setpoint can be tuned by the potentiometer within a specified range.
AC output voltage, current and frequency is displayed on the digital display.

It helps to maintain the desired power factor (cos φ) over the entire photovoltaic supply of reactive power (inductive or capacitive nature) of the distribution network.
Standard regulatory scope of the entire PV power factor can be adjusted in the range from 0.95 to 0.95 capacitive inductive.
Power factor setpoint is requested from the distribution grid in 5 steps.
Both compensation units are connected to the 0.4 kV side of the grid transformer 0,4 / 22 kV. Measurement of current and voltage signals (for transmitter phase angle cos φ)
is performed directly on the HV side and also serve as a feedback controller.

In a separate, ventilated kiosk there is an enclosure for FVE1 and the battery.
Two air-conditioned enclosures for FVE2, FVE3 and their batteries are installed in the second separate ventilated kiosk. FVE1 is a three-phase photovoltaic system,
FVE2 and FVE3 are single-phase photovoltaic systems designed to generate energy for a refugee camp in Iraq.
Enclosures of FVE1, FVE2, FVE3 operate in two modes - AUTOMATIC mode or GRID mode. In AUTOMATIC mode, the appliances are fed from battery-powered inverters in off-grid mode. The battery is aically charged and battery parameters - voltage and the temperature of cell section are constantly measured and monitored by the Battery Management System. With long-term low sun light and battery capacity drop to a critical level, control system switches
the supply of appliances to the distribution grid. When the conditions of the control system are met again, the off-grid mode is enabled. In the GRID mode, all appliances are supplied exclusively from the distribution grid.
The touch screen on the door of each enclosure offers possiblity of parameters adjusting, display of alarms, system diagnostics and system status.
The power of each of FVE1, FVE2, FVE3 is complemented by a complete monitoring, web visualization of the statistics and archive of the overall energy production.

The surplus energy is used for battery charging.
All process is designed to minimize the grid dependency, to maximize the energy usage.

In the rainwater pumping station are installed two independent screw pumps for drainage of rainwater. First softstarter SINAM 400/191 starts the pump motor #1. Second SINAM 400/191 starts the #2 pump motor. The control system for the rainwater pumping station aion includes controls for aic control of pump switching, manual mode or manual mode to the level. The rainwater height is sensed by a level switch, and the control system in aic mode decides which pump is to be operated while maintaining the pump alternation condition. In all control modes, the critical level level is sensed by the vibrating fork level switch, and in aic mode, at the critical rainwater level, both pumps are switched on at the same time.
The display has 4 screens showing total data, level height, softstarter status information, setting options, etc. In manual mode, it is possible to manually operate the start / stop buttons. At the critical level of the rainwater, it is possible to select the control of both pumps at once. In the event of a power failure, the control system has backup power, meets safety requirements, and sends individual information about softstarter, level, backup power to the JABLOTRON JA80 control panel and the entire system is visualized locally on the intranet. In the future, the Control System will also manage the system for aic lubrication of individual pumps

Our sales representative in Czech Republic - Tespo Engineering Ltd was solving this study for the drive of the crane, which is in permanent operation. Customer needed the drive in a way that generative mode of operation of the motors is supported; the drive has to be allowed recuperate the energy to the grid. That is the reason why the drive of the most powerful motor has been solved by four quadrant drive QUATROFREM 400. The input side of this drive (controlled rectifier) is used for supplying two other drives: crane travel and traversing.

Batteries enclosure is connected to the VONSCH converters enclosure. This enclosure is connected to the existing switchboard for elevator control of the lift. Hydraulic drive unit is connected to the elevator control cabinet inverters.
In the presence of the power supply unit is connected to a hydraulic motor contactors in the converters enclosure according to the original plan and is managed by the original logic. In case of power failure motor is switched to

Solution of the single-phase generator of the required output voltage with an output frequency of 60 Hz
The compressor manufacturer in the Slovak Republic has had to solve the problem of testing its products for markets with 60Hz frequency. Based on its requirements, a special aingle-phase artificial AC mains was designed and manufactured to test hermetic compressors and condensing units. Output alternating single-phase voltage is measured by a special measuring circuit which is connected as a feedback in the output voltage control circuit and therefore the setpoint of the output voltage is maintained regardless of the load value. The generated grid voltage at the output of the grid is fine tuned by the potentiometer within a specified range. The output AC voltage and current of each output branch is displayed on the digital displays.
